When you log in to orkut to check the scrapbook and reply to your friends suddenly ‘Orkut Promote’ ad may show up on the upper right corner of your orkut home.

‘Orkut Promote’ lets you Promote Text, Photos and Videos across the network. Log in to Orkut and then Click on the ‘promote‘ link in the left column.

You will find 2 tabs – ‘create a promotion’ and ‘my promotions’.

‘Create a promotion’ lets you create your promotion using an easy editor.

It shows Preview as you make changes.

‘My promotion’ lets you evaluate the performance of you promotions. Here are the snaps.

Once promotions are created, you can stop it, delete it but cannot modify it. Moreover, once you stop a promotion – it enters into the ‘disabled’ state forever, there is no way to activate it again. Hope more features will be added to Orkut Promotion soon.
