W3Guru India Plan: the new face of SEM

Wednesday, November 21st, 2007 | Featured Articles, Online Marketing, Press Room with No Comments »

With the recent bang about paid link business; general web directories have lost the glory they used to possess. Search Engine optimizers have become more skeptical about getting their websites listed in directories. Though directories are good to get one-way links, but a directory site with bad repute in the eyes of Google may do no good. However, some GOOD directories are still there and W3Guru India is thriving to find out more good directories in the coming days.

Articles are good to get links from relevant content page. However, it is still debatable if links from an article that is published 100 times at 100 different places can do any good! Rather an article published in a niche site looks more profitable.

Hence, the key word of today’s internet marketing is NICHE. A link from a related website or, niche directory is much more valuable. Hence, within next few years, we are going to get more niche-specific directories which will help refine our search and make the Internet more clustered rather than scattered.

Another element of Internet is expected to get huge popularity; guess what? BLOG. Search engines prefer Blogs because of the fresh content. Links from Blogrolls, reviews from professional bloggers can work magically in search engine ranking. The importance of Blogs became prominent when Google started Blog Search. Links from Blogs are crawled and cached very fast. Hence it is clear that Blog is another influencing element of today’s SEM.

That said, W3Guru India has come up with an exclusive plan. It will provide webmasters and internet marketers with a blog platform to publish their work. Once your article/review/link is published in W3Guru India, you will get a ONE-WAY LINK from a RELEVANT section of a BLOG – just a punch of all good things! Let’s name it “W3Guru India Plan”! Hey I am still innovative!

W3Guru India also plans to distribute your Press Releases and NEWS items through its index page. Moreover, a new ‘Links of the Week’ section, a consolidated post that contains only good resources for the readers, is ready to come up.

For now, start sending your feedbacks and suggestions. We will officially announce the inauguration of W3Guru India Plan here. So subscribe to W3Guru India Blog Feed and stay tuned!

Funds from PayPal to Indian Bank Accounts

Saturday, November 3rd, 2007 | Online Marketing, Paypal with No Comments »

PayPal now allows funds to be deposited directly to Indian Bank Accounts. Amounts higher than 7,000 INR won’t cost anything; however, PayPal would deduct 50 INR for lower amounts. There can be extra fees charged by the bank for electronic fund transfer.

Earlier, Indian PayPal users had to request for a check to get their funds transferred in INR from any other currencies and PayPal used to cut $5 per check. Now, the whole process has become faster and safer. Indian PayPal users must be happy now.

Just few days back PayPal announced that Indian users can transfer balance to their Visa Credit Card or Visa Debit Card directly. Now by allowing balance transfer to Indian Bank Accounts, PayPal puts another step forward to help Indian users.

With more and more people getting engaged in outsourcing and freelancing in India, this move of PayPal would be beneficial for many. W3Guru India congratulates PayPal for this nice move!
